Imogen Straub is an Appalachian-born contemporary portrait and event photographer. With bold, journalistic style, her work centers on human and natural diversity in their vibrant native environments. The quality is high, the pursuit of perfection is strong. That's where the predictability ends.

A devout believer in experimental living, Imogen has an uncommon readiness to travel to any environment and tackle any artistic challenge set before her. While many others 'niche down' and pursue photography as a service industry job, Imogen believes that flourishing as a business means flourishing as an artist. This can only be achieved through perpetual refinement of one's craft: by taking artistic chances, eschewing the generic and refusing to settle.

Currently based in Seattle, Imogen has traveled to 48 states within the U.S. and to many countries abroad. Through extensive travel, she's developed an uncommon gift and enthusiasm for communicating effectively and establishing personal and professional connections with individuals from all walks of life.
